Before booking, please read ALL the information below:

- To the beautiful new Mums: unfortunately, I cannot conduct any cosmetic tattoo treatment if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. I will however, be waiting with open arms  (and an understanding ear!) when you're ready for your Mummy Makeover. 

​

- It is important that your skin is in the right condition before your treatment. You cannot be sunburnt or using any active skin care (e.g. Retinol, Hydroquinone, Salicylic acid, Lactic acid, Vitamin C serums etc) for at least two weeks prior to your treatment. This is very important as it will affect the way your skin accepts the pigment and may compromise your healed results.

- If you have previously had your brows cosmetically tattooed by another artist, I will need assess your brows before before booking. Message/email to discuss.

Unfortunately, I cannot tattoo your brows if any of the following apply to you:     

- Autoimmune or communicable diseases.
- Severe dermatitis on the face or any allergies, especially to Lignocaine or Tetracaine which is present in topical numbing cream.

- Keloid Scarring on brow area.
- Shingles on the face (please allow several months after symptoms have cleared up before booking treatment).
- If you have taken Accutane in the past, you MUST wait at least one year before having treatment.

Deposit, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy and Late Arrivals

 Please note: A $100 deposit is required for all bookings. Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments less than 7 days prior to the appointment will incur a $50 fee. Deposits are non refundable.

 

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please be aware that you may need to wait up to 4 months for another appointment.

Please be on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may need to reschedule. 

 

Touch Up Sessions

 

4-10 Week Touch Up Session 

For most clients, a 4-10 week touch up session is recommended after their initial appointment to achieve the best final result. However, this session is not always needed, particularly if the client has meticulously followed all pre and post care instructions. This session is to touch up any areas that may have faded during the healing process, or to make small modifications to the shape or colour density if your tattoo e.g. extend the tails a little further or go a little darker in colour, if desired.

The total cost of this session is $75 and can be booked online.

Clients who had their initial session more than 10 weeks prior must book a 10+ week session.

 

10+ Week Touch Up/Refresh Session

Over time, your brow tattoo will slowly fade and may cool slightly in colour. The 10+ week session is for any existing Madame Brow clients who would like to refresh their brows, touch up any faded areas, or for those who missed the 4-12 week touch up window. The total cost of this session is $150 and can be booked online.
